Meet John Pacult

John Pacult, LCSW earned his Masters degree from the University of Nevada Las Vegas in 1995. He has been in private practice in Clark County for twenty-six years. John is a recognized and respected expert in the state of Nevada in the area of sex offender assessment, treatment and victim dynamics.

Currently, he is contracted with the Clark County Department of Public Safety, the Division of Juvenile Justice Services, and a consultant for Trinity International Schools Las Vegas. John also recently (2023) developed Faith Lutheran Middle and High School's Sexual Conduct Policy which went into effect the 2023-2024 school year and trained all professional staff at Mountain View Christian School at the beginning of the 2023 school year.

In addition to these responsibilities, his office performs evaluations for private attorneys, the Clark County Public Defender's Office, the Clark County District Attorney's Office and Nye, Lincoln and Washoe Counties along with expert witness testimony for both prosecution and defense.

Meet Katherine Lee

Katherine Lee, LCSW earned her Masters degree from the Columbia University School of Social Work in 2006. She has been a practicing clinician for over fifteen years and has had experience working with children, adults, and families in the Bronx, New York at various settings such as outpatient mental health clinics, hospitals, and schools. She started a private practice in New York City in 2014 and has focused on using evidence-based modalities of counseling to help adults heal from trauma and resolve symptoms of depression and anxiety.

Katherine re-located to Las Vegas in 2022 and is thrilled to have become an addition to the office. She is an associate evaluator with the State of Nevada Department of Public Safety and is responsible for completing Psychosexual Evaluations. In addition to these responsibilities, she completes Danger Evaluations and is involved with various types of defense mitigation evaluations for private attorneys. She is also a clinical member of ATSA.
